To our Merino & Co supporters,
After more than a decade of successful business here in Australia, Merino & Co is embarking on an exciting next chapter of our homegrown story.
From our humble beginnings in 2013, Merino & Co has grown into an Australian icon, delivering locally made and manufactured luxury Merino wool products to domestic and international markets.
Our clothing and accessories are high-quality and long-lasting, delivering a wide range of other benefits to users, with our wool being breathable, fire-retardant, biodegradable, and safe for the skin.
The warm and comforting nature of Merino wool also means our sustainable products are attractive to people living in colder climates, with strong commercial channels already secured in China, Japan, and North America.
Today in Australia, we have more than 600 points of sale across the nation and 14 whole garment machines operating in Gnangara, Western Australia to produce our luxury wool apparel.
Merino & Co also has strong support from its substantial shareholder and one of Australia’s largest independent wool marketers – the Australian Wool Network (AWN)– who we work with to support over 10,000 Australian farmers, who supply the high-quality Merino wool required to create our luxury attire.
Now, we want to share a piece of Australian heritage through our premium products with the rest of the world.
We are ready to expand our offerings even further, with our future growth strategy targeting the broader US, China and European markets, through ecommerce, retail and wholesale opportunities.
To help us reach these new markets, we are listing Merino & Co on the Australian Security Exchange through an Initial Public Offering (IPO), seeking to raise up to A$7.5 million by issuing 37.5 million shares at $0.20 each.
This presents an exciting opportunity for you to share a piece of our iconic, Australian Made products.
Merino & Co has a strong foundation to deliver value for investors, with a clear domestic and international growth strategy, well established distribution networks, and a unique product in high demand around the world.
With the global Merino apparel market forecast to reach $780 million by 2025, we believe there is a significant opportunity to capitalise on this truly Australian product.

The world is ready for Merino & Co, and with your support, we look forward to putting this iconic Australian brand on the global stage.
